Trailer to KILLER OF SHEEP
Charles Burnett’s KILLER OF SHEEP has been hailed by critics of all stripes as a masterpiece and one of the most important African-American films of all time. After being buried for three decades, the soundtrack rights have finally been bought for $150,000 and the film restored to a brand new 35mm print. We’ll be showing it this weekend along with Burnett’s MY BROTHER’S WEDDING.
The films will play back-to-back on Friday and Saturday at 7:00 PM and 8:45 PM the Whitsell Auditorium (map).
Hope to see you there!
